Tommy Lashley

Starting in 1967 with Lofton Brothers Drilling, Tommy worked as a floor hand and then as a Derrickman until 1970 when he went to work for BJ Wireline Services. After leaving BJ Wireline Services in 1971, he worked for Conrad Oil as a production hand. In 1975, Tommy worked in the Middle East as a Driller and Crane Operator. He began his career as a Fishing Tool Supervisor with Tri-State Oil Tools in 1980 until 1993. At this time, Tommy and others started Tri-Tech Fishing Services and in 1997 Smith International purchased Tri-Tech Fishing Services. He stayed on board until 2006 as Smith’s Eastern Fishing Operations Manager. In 2006, he went to work for Fife Oil Company as Drilling Superintendent and since 2007 he has held the position of technical advisor for the EATON TEAM and has been instrumental in setting goals for Supervisor training and expectations.
